Paneer frankie

Ingredients to make Paneer frankie

  • For filling :-
  • paneer 250gms
  • 2 boiled potatoes (medium sized)
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon - cumin powder roasted
  • 1 teaspoon - coriander Powder
  • Fresh coriander - a few leaves
  • For dressing:-
  • mayonnaise
  • Grated carrot
  • Thin sliced onions
  • And wheat chapatis for rolls

How to make Paneer frankie

  1. Stuffing:- Grate paneer and potato and add coriander, cumin and pepper powder. Mix well.
  2. Add chopped onions, fresh coriander and salt to taste, Mix well.
  3. Make oval balls and flatten them with your hands. Shallow fry the balls.
  4. Spread Mayonnaise on chapatis, put grated carrot and the fried balls on it. Make a roll and after brushing a little oil, place them in a grill for 2 minutes. Your paneer Frankie is ready to serve :)
