ABOUT Onion Fritters RECIPE

Ramadan and Eid ReceipesThis is a quick recipe of fritters made with onions, a perfect snack for Eid and Ramadan.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 big Onions( thinly sliced)
  2. 5 green chillies (finely chopped)
  3. 1/2tablespoon jeera
  4. 1 tablespoon salt
  5. 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
  6. 1/4 teaspoon chaat masalla
  7. 1 small bowl chopped corriander leaves
  8. 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoon of carom seeds
  10. 200 grams (1 medium bowl) Besan
  11. 4 teaspoon of riceflour
  12. 1/2 liter mustard oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take a big bowl put Besan in it with all above mentioned spices,think chopped onions Coriander leaves,green chillies and 2 teaspoon of oil in it mix them properly with water.
  2. Switch on gas put deep pan with mustard oil when it becomes hot then put little balls of mixture in oil with the help of spoon or fingers.
  3. After that fry them on medium gas and turn them occasionally.
  4. When proper texture comes prick toothpick in it , if it comes out clean it's mean your fritters are ready.
  5. Take out serving plate put sauces & fritters on it, garnish and serve them.
