ABOUT Masala Palak Paneer RECIPE

This is my Green Leafy Vegetable recipe. It's My Original recipe, through my Innovative ideas I have created this dish.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Spinach - 1 kg ( Chopped )
  2. Onion -; 1 ( Chopped )
  3. Ginger / Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
  4. Red Chili Powder - 1 tbsp
  5. Coriander Powder - tbsp
  6. Black Pepper -; 3
  7. Cloves - 1
  8. Black cardamom -1
  9. Bay leaf - 2
  10. Cinnamon Stick -1
  11. oil
  12. Paneer Cubes - 1 Cup ( Fried )
  13. Salt

Instructions

  1. Take 3 tablespoon oil in a pan. Put bay leaf, black pepper, cinnamon stick, clove, black cardamom.
  2. When the above ingredients start crackling add chopped onion and fry till light golden brown.
  3. Add spinach, ginger / garlic paste, coriander powder, red chili powder. Cook till oil gets separated from spinach.
  4. Now add fried paneer cubes, salt and at slow flame cook for 2 minutes more, covering the pan with a lid.
  5. Add Salt according to your taste.Turn off the flame. Take it out in a plate, serve it with Naan or Roti. Your Masala Palak Paneer is ready.
