Masala Palak Paneer

Ingredients to make Masala Palak Paneer

  • Spinach - 1 kg ( Chopped )
  • Onion -; 1 ( Chopped )
  • Ginger / Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
  • Red Chili Powder - 1 tbsp
  • Coriander Powder - tbsp
  • Black Pepper -; 3
  • Cloves - 1
  • Black cardamom -1
  • Bay leaf - 2
  • Cinnamon Stick -1
  • oil
  • Paneer Cubes - 1 Cup ( Fried )
  • Salt

How to make Masala Palak Paneer

  1. Take 3 tablespoon oil in a pan. Put bay leaf, black pepper, cinnamon stick, clove, black cardamom.
  2. When the above ingredients start crackling add chopped onion and fry till light golden brown.
  3. Add spinach, ginger / garlic paste, coriander powder, red chili powder. Cook till oil gets separated from spinach.
  4. Now add fried paneer cubes, salt and at slow flame cook for 2 minutes more, covering the pan with a lid.
  5. Add Salt according to your taste.Turn off the flame. Take it out in a plate, serve it with Naan or Roti. Your Masala Palak Paneer is ready.
