Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 12 pieces of Chena Rasgulla homemade or readymade
  2. for rabri
  3. 1 litre milk
  4. 1/2 cup sugar
  5. 1/2 cup milk powder
  6. 1 cup mango pulp
  7. one teaspoon rose water
  8. One tablespoon slivered pista
  9. One tablespoon pomegranate seeds

Instructions

  1. boil milk till half
  2. Add sugar and milk powder together
  3. stir continuously on low flame till reduced or melted completely
  4. Of the flame and cool it completely
  5. Add rose water in it
  6. Add mango Pulp and mix it properly
  7. Add rasgulla in it
  8. Keep the ball in fridge for 4 to 5 hours
  9. Serve cool cool rasmalai with Pista and pomegranate seeds
