ABOUT Egg Qeema RECIPE

Qeema is always a good combination with pooris and parathas. We have tried many types of qeema like chicken qeema, mutton qeema. But here I have made boiled egg's qeema which taste is different and really good.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Eggs 4
  2. Onion(finely chopped) 1
  3. Tomato (finely chopped) 1
  4. Green peas 4 tablespoon
  5. Ginger paste 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Turmeric powder 3/4 teaspoon
  8. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  9. Garam Masala Powder 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Green chilli chopped 3
  11. Coriander leaves chopped 1 sprig
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Oil 3 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and boil the eggs on low flame for ten minutes.
  2. Chopped the onion, tomato, green chillies and coriander leaves.
  3. Cut the boiled egg finely and keep aside.
  4. Take a wok and heat oil, after that fry the onion till transclucent.
  5. After that add ginger garlic paste, tomato, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, and sautè for five minutes.
  6. Now add green peas and cook till soft.
  7. When it become soft, add finely chopped egg and mix well.
  8. Cook on low flame with cover the lid for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot with pooris or parathas.
