Ingredients to make Chocolate cheescake

  • 128 grams chocolate biscuit/wafer crumbs (roughly crushed)
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • Filling ingredients:
  • 2 cups chocolate chips (semi sweet)
  • 450 gms (2 packages) of cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs ( a little beaten)
  • 5 ml vanilla extract

How to make Chocolate cheescake

  1. Take a small bowl, add in the wafer/biscuit crumbs and 1/3 cup of sugar. Blend the butter with these ingredients.
  2. Grease a 9 inch baking pan, pour this blended mixture onto the bottom of the pan and press down with a spoon. Keep aside.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave and stir them until creamy and smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, add in the cream cheese, sugar, flour and whisk until it is smooth in texture.
  5. Add in the beaten eggs along with the vanilla extract and melted chocolate. Make sure to thoroughly blend these ingredients together.
  6. Bake the cake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
  7. Cool on a wire rack for 1 hour or longer.
  8. Refrigerate overnight and serve cold the next day.
