Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Eggs 2
  2. 3 cups boiling water
  3. ¼ cup vinegar

Instructions

  1. Pour vinegar into a small bowl.
  2. Crack egg into a bowl with vinegar. Let it sit til water boils.
  3. When the water is boiling, using slotted spoon to stir the water into a whirlpool. This is the second chef secret: The motion of the whirlpool will help keep the egg whites together.
  4. Pour the egg and vinegar combination into boiling water on one side of the saucepan.
  5. Let the egg boil for about 5 minutes. The white of the egg should be solid all the way through, but you should still be able to see some yellow of the yolk through the cooked egg white.
