Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. One glass soaked basmati rice
  2. 150 grams fried Cottage paneer
  3. 2 carat cartoon cut in small cubes
  4. One small bowl of peas
  5. Three onions finely sliced
  6. 1 bowl refined oil
  7. One spoon of salt red chilli powder
  8. One spoon of readymade Garam Masala
  9. Three cloves, 2 inch long cinnamon stick, one flower of javitri 2 tej patta
  10. 2 black and green cardamom
  11. 8- 10 crops of kevda
  12. One teaspoon of Gulab Jal
  13. 2 fried potatoes cut in small cubes

Instructions

  1. first of all wash Basmati rice and soak them in water for half an hour.
  2. Now take a big pan, switch on gas & put 3 tablespoon of refined oil in it when it becomes hot then try half onion in it and take them out in a strainer.
  3. Now why the Cottage paneer in the oil and take it out after Frying, now put all whole spices in the oil with Tej Patta and half of Vegetables too.
  4. Now put dry soaked rice in it with salt, red chilli powder, finely chopped Corriander leaves, garam masala powder too and stir it and when they are lightly fried put 2 glass of water in it with half of veggies, kewra essence & gulab jal.
  5. Cover the pan with a lid when water starts boiling then slow the gas and cover it with lid put heavy weight on it.
  6. Open it after12-13 minutes you will see your Veg.Pullao is perfectly ready with sweet aroma.
  7. Now it's time for preparation of serving take a earthen pot or rice plate transfer pullao in it garnish it with few fried Vegetables and finely chopped Corriander leaves.
