ABOUT Pan Grilled Chicken RECIPE

Grilled Chicken breast succulent tender meat not overly spiced yet very flavorful and moist. Ideal to serve with salads and sides on hot summer days without firing the regular grill.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. chicken fillets -3 (one large cut into 2 )
  2. mayo- 1 tbsp
  3. garlic powder-1 tsp
  4. pepper powder- 1 tsp
  5. olive oil 2-3 tsp
  6. lime juice - of 1 lime
  7. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. TRIM OFF THE FAT & GENTLY SLICE 3 CHICKEN FILLETS HORIZONTALLY INTO 2 EQUAL PARTS
  2. WASH WELL & PAT DRY WITH A PAPER TOWEL
  3. TAKE 1 TBSP MAYONNAISE, ADD 1 TSP EACH OF GARLIC & PEPPER POWDERS, SALT TO TASTE
  4. ADD 2 TSP OLIVE OIL & THE JUICE OF 1 LEMON, MIX WELL
  5. APPLY HALF THE READY MARINADE ON THE CHICKEN FILLETS, KEEP ASIDE FOR 20 MINS
  6. HEAT A GRILLING PAN, PLACE THE MARINATED FILLETS
  7. APPLY REST OF THE MARINADE ON THE CHICKEN PIECES, GRILL ON MEDIUM HEAT FOR 10 MINS
  8. GENTLY FLIP THE CHICKEN, GRILL FROM THE OTHER SIDE TILL IT TURNS GOLDEN BROWN, SERVE HOT
