Multigrain Poori

Ingredients to make Multigrain Poori

  • Whole wheat flour 1 cup
  • Multigrain powder 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 5 tbsps for kneading + for deep frying

How to make Multigrain Poori

  1. Knead a firm dough with the above lngredients using warm water.
  2. Heat oil in a deep and heavy bottomed pan.
  3. Meanwhile, make small dough balls and roll the puris in small circles.
  4. Roll all the puris and keep aside on a greased plate.
  5. Fry them in batches of 2-3 in the pan at medium heat.
  6. Serve hot with any accompaniments of your choice.

My Tip:

I have used home made multi grain powder.
