Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup All purposr flour/Maida
  2. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  3. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  4. 1 tablespoon oregano
  5. 2 tablespoon chopped basil leaves
  6. 2 tablespoon oil
  7. 1/2 cup milk
  8. 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  9. For Filling
  10. 12 to 15 small cheese cubes
  11. For Topping
  12. 2 tablespoon butter
  13. 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  14. 1 tablespoon chopped basil leaves
  15. 1 teaspoon oregano
  16. 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Collect all the ingredients making for the dough
  2. make a well pour oil in it and start to knead the dough with milk
  3. Knead the dough till 5 to 8 minutes to make it soft and smooth
  4. Keep the dough in a greased bowl cover with cling film till double in volume for 1+1/2 to 2 hours
  5. Sprinkle some flour over the surface deflate the dough and punch it for 2 to 3 minutes
  6. collect the cheese cubes and grease the baking tin with butter
  7. Spread the pizza sauce over the greased tin
  8. Take small dumpling from the dough flatten it little then place one cube over it
  9. Close the edges and place the ball on the layer of sauce
  10. Make 11 to 12 cheese balls or depends on the consistency of the dough arrange these balls on the layer of sauce with the distance .
  11. Keep the bombs rest for 10 minutes
  12. Meanwhile preheat the oven for 10 minutes on 190 degrees
  13. Melt the butter with chopped garlic and basil leaves then spread over the bombs with brush
  14. Bake the bombs for 20 minutes on 190 degree temptature or till done
  15. Sprinkle oregano and basils and serve immediately .
