Oreo Choco Cake

Ingredients to make Oreo Choco Cake

  • Oreo plain vanilla biscuit packet 1
  • Tiger biscuit packet 1
  • 1 tsp Cocoa powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • sugar (Optional)
  • Eno small packet 1
  • Dark chocolate compound 1 cup
  • Fresh cream 1 packet
  • butter 2 tbsp

How to make Oreo Choco Cake

  1. Grind oreo and tiger biscuits along with 2 tsp sugar.
  2. Mix milk 1 cup and 1 tsp Cocoa powder and mix until you reach a thick consistency. Heat your pressure cooker without a rubber and a whistle.
  3. Add eno to the batter and put the batter in a greased pan, place it inside the pre heated pressure cooker, close the lid and lower the gas for 25 minutes.
  4. Once the cake comes to room temperature, prepare the chocolate ganache. Heat the cream and mix dark chocolate compound along with a tsp of butter and spread the ganache over the baked cake.
  5. For chocolate garnish: Melt dark compound chocolate in a double boiler and put it in a cone and make shapes of your choice. Refrigerate for the icing to become hard, then decorate as desired.

My Tip:

Check the cake by inserting a knife in the middle. If the knife comes out clean the cake is baked.
