About Raw Mango (Kairi) Chutney Recipe

Kacche Aam ki khatti or teekhi chutney.

Raw Mango (Kairi) Chutney

Ingredients to make Raw Mango (Kairi) Chutney

  • 4 raw Mangoes or Kairi
  • Dhaniya 1 bunch
  • green chillies 4 to 5
  • Ajwain seeds as per choice
  • 10 garlic pods
  • 1 tbsp mustard oil
  • salt as per taste
  • water as required

How to make Raw Mango (Kairi) Chutney

  1. Peel, wash and cut raw mangoes into small pieces.
  2. Wash and roughly chop dhaniya patte and peel the garlic pods.
  3. Take a grinding jar and add all the ingredients into it.
  4. Grind into a fine paste by adding just a little water.
  5. Adjust the salt as per taste.
