Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mutton mince 250 gm
  2. Onion 1 chopped
  3. Green chilly 6
  4. Garlic 6 pods
  5. Coriander leaves 1 sprig
  6. Oil 1 tbsp
  7. For paratha
  8. Maida 1/2 cup
  9. Salt 1/2 tsp
  10. Oil 1 tsp + frying
  11. Egg 1

Instructions

  1. In mixing bowl ad maids, salt oil and knead soft dough, keep aside for 20 minutes.
  2. In nonstick skillet ad chopped onion, saute till transparent. Ad finely chopped garlic, chopped green chilly till 1 minutes.
  3. Ad kheema and cook till 7 to 8 minutes on medium flame, with periodically stirring.
  4. Ad salt and sufficient water and cook till kheema cooked properly.
  5. When done sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves. Let the mixture cool.
  6. Beat egg with some salt and cook to make crumbled egg.
  7. Mix this in keema.
  8. Take small portion of dough and roll it,put 2 tbsp of keema and seal all edges with egg or water.
  9. Heat oil and fry parathas on sides till done.
