Ingredients to make The Majestic Green soup

  • 1 tbsp of chopped garlic
  • 1/4 cup of chopped onion
  • 1 tsp chopped green chillies
  • Butter 2 tsp
  • 1/2 cup vegetable stock
  • 1 cup Kale
  • 1/2 cup Broccoli
  • 1/2 cup baby Spinach
  • Salt as needed
  • 1 cup Almond milk/ dairy milk
  • Cream to garnish

How to make The Majestic Green soup

  1. In a non stick wok put butter and add garlic.
  2. Saute till golden and add onions. Once the onions turn translucent, add all the greens.
  3. Pour vegetable stock and cover the lid. Cook on simmer.
  4. Once it is well cooked, turn off the flame and let it cool.
  5. Blend it to a paste, add it back to the wok and add milk to it.
  6. Bring it to a boil and cook on simmer for 4-5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot garnished with cream.
