About Suji Pakoda Recipe

Taste's like vegetable idli but in pakoda style.

Suji Pakoda

Ingredients to make Suji Pakoda

  • 2 cup of Suji
  • yogurt 1 cup
  • Salt and red chilli as per taste
  • Chopped onion and capsicum 1 cup each
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • oil for frying
  • Green chilli and coriander as per taste

How to make Suji Pakoda

  1. Add all ingredients in a bowl. Make a pakoda type batter (Thick).
  2. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
  3. After 30 minutes, fry in hot oil.
  4. Serve it with red, green and coconut chutney.
