Pizza Paneer Kathi

Ingredients to make Pizza Paneer Kathi

  • Whole wheat bread 5 to 6 pcs
  • paneer 250 gms, cubed
  • Red and yellow bell peppers 1/2 each
  • capsicum 1/2
  • onion 1 finely sliced
  • garlic a few chopped
  • coriander fresh 1/2 bunch
  • coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • jeera powder 1/2 tsp
  • Cheese cubes 4
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 pkt
  • turmeric Powder just a pinch
  • Salt and pepper as per taste

How to make Pizza Paneer Kathi

  1. In a pan, add oil and allow to heat. Add chopped garlic chilly and jeera.
  2. Stir it for a few second and start adding dhaniya, turmeric and jeera powder stir it. Add chopped onions and tomatoes. After 2 minutes add a dash of water.
  3. As soon as the onion color starts changing add in all the chopped bell peppers and capsicum, cook till it gets soft. Add paneer cubes, pepper crushed and salt mix well. Add grated cheese, sprinkle chopped coriander and turn off the gas.
  4. Take bread slices, grease it with butter and layer with the cooked vegetables and paneer. Top it with mozzarella cheese and bake in a preheated oven for 2 to 3 minutes till the cheese boils and turns slightly brown. Serve hot.

My Tip:

Do not overcook vegetables.
