It is a mouth watering snack liked by everyone.

Cheese Pakora

Ingredients to make Cheese Pakora

  • 1 small cup maida
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 amul processed cheese cube grated
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup milk +1/2 cup water
  • salt as per taste
  • A pinch of baking soda
  • Sunflower oil for deep frying

How to make Cheese Pakora

  1. Mix the above ingredients alltogether and form a better neither too thick not too thin.
  2. Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry them.
  3. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.

My Tip:

Add the baking soda just before frying.
