Ingredients to make Mango Dryfruits Kakara Pitha

  • For cover 1 cup semolina
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup mango pulp
  • salt a pinch
  • sugar 1tsp
  • For filling almonds 4
  • cashew 4 to 5
  • walnuts 2
  • Groundnuts 1 tbsp
  • greated coconut 1 cup
  • sugar 1 cup
  • Black pepper 4 ps
  • oil for frying

How to make Mango Dryfruits Kakara Pitha

  1. PREPARE ALL INGREDIENTS...1CUP WHITE SUJI,1 CUP WATER,1 CUP MANGO PULP,1 CUP GREATED COCONUT
  2. BOIL WATER ADD 1TSP SUGAR AND A PINCH SALT TO IT.
  3. ADD MANGO PULP.
  4. ADD SEMOLINA.AND STIR IT CONTINEUSLY.NO LUMP IS THERE.PUT LID AND KEEP IT FOR 10 MINUTES.
  5. DRY ROAST ALL DRYFRUITS .
  6. MAKE POWEDER IN A MIXER.
  7. MAKE COARSE POWDER OF BLACK PEPPER.
  8. FOR MAKING FILLING IN A KADHAI ADD GREATED COCONUT AND SUGAR.
  9. ADD DRYFRUITS POWDER AND BLACK PEPPER.STIR IT UNTIL ALL INGREDIENTS MIX PROPERLY.
  10. FILLING IS READY.
  11. TAKE BALL OF COVER MIXTURE AND MAKE SMALL BOWL SHAP.
  12. FILL SEMOLINA AND MANGO COVER WITH FILLING.
  13. CLOSE IT PROPERLY.USE LITTLE WATER TO APPLY YOU HAND.
  14. HEAT THE OIL IN KDHAIE.
  15. ADD MANGO DRYFRUIT KAKARA PITHA..AND FRY UNTILL GOLDEN BROWN.
  16. MANGO DRYFRUIT KAKARA PITHA IS READY.
