  • Custard powder - 1 spoon
  • jaggery powder - 2 spoon
  • badam milk powder - 2 spoons
  • Idiyappam/rice peni sandige - 4
  • banana - 2
  • apple - 1
  • mango - 3 spoons( chopped)
  • dates fruits - 4
  • grapes - 6
  • Cherry - 5
  • Soaked dry grapes - 2 spoons
  • Dry fruits (almond, cashew nuts and walnuts) - 1/2 cup
  • chilly flakes - 1 spoon
  • Grated coconut - 2 spoons
  • Motichoor laddo _ 2
  • Cake sprinklers - 1 spoon
  • Gulkand - 1/2cup
  • mint leaves

How to make Aki Peni sandige with twist

  1. LET MILK BOIL
  2. ADD CUSTARD POWDER TO LITTLE WATER & MIX NICELY
  3. ADD MIXED CUSTARD POWDER BOILING MILK
  4. ADD JAGGERY POWDER
  5. ADD BADAM POWDER
  6. ONCE IT BECOMES THICK COOL IT DOWN TO ROOM TEMPERATURE
  7. DEEF FRY RICE IDIYAPPAM/AKKI PENI SANDIGE
  8. INGREDIENTS
  9. TAKE SERVING PLATE AND APPLE SLICES IN THE CENTER
  10. ADD LITTLE GULKAND IN THE MIDDLE AND PLACE THE PENI SENDIGE/IDIYAPPAM
  11. ADD GULKAND, CHOPPED BANANA AND APPLE
  12. ADD CHOPPED CHERRY,MANGO AND GRAPES
  13. ADD SOAKED DRY GRAPES AND DRY FRUITS
  14. ADD DATES FRUIT AND GULKAND
  15. REPEAT THE STEPS ONCE AGAIN.
  16. NOW SPRINKLE THE CHILLY FLAKES AND MOTICHOOR LADOO
