Egg Bhaji

Ingredients to make Egg Bhaji

  • eggs 2
  • tomato chopped 2
  • onion chopped 1
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • green chillies 4
  • Pav bhaji masala as per choice
  • butter as preffered
  • oil as required
  • salt as per taste

How to make Egg Bhaji

  1. Add oil in a pan, saute the onions. Add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, salt and pav bhaji masala. Fry well.
  2. Add eggs and cook well. Add some butter and serve with bread.
