Dahi ke Kebab

Ingredients to make Dahi ke Kebab

  • Hung curd 250 gms
  • Corn flour as required
  • All purpose flour 1 tbsp
  • ghee as required
  • Chopped chillies as per taste
  • Few walnuts, chopped

How to make Dahi ke Kebab

  1. Divide the hung curd in 2 parts. 3/4 and 1/4. In the 3/4 hung curd add cornstarch and salt and make tikkies.
  2. In the 1/4 hung curd add green chillies, walnuts and salt. Mix well. Make small balls and insert them in the tikkies prepared. Flatten slightly with hand.
  3. Heat ghee on a non stick pan and fry the kebabs till they turn golden brown from both sides.
  4. Serve hot with ketchup and green chutney.
