Dahi k kebab

Ingredients to make Dahi k kebab

  • Hung curd 1 cup
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • All purpose flour 1/2 cup
  • salt as per taste
  • Chopped chillies 1 to 2
  • Mixed nuts as per choice
  • ghee for frying

How to make Dahi k kebab

  1. Mix 3/4 of the hung curd, salt, corn flour and make small kebabs with your hands. Keep aside.
  2. In the 1/4 hung curd add salt, chopped chillies and nuts. Mix and keep aside.
  3. Fill the 1/4 hung curd mixture in the middle of the 3/4 hung curd kebabs and flatten a little.
  4. Roll these kebabs in all purpose flour and shallow fry in ghee.
  5. Serve hot and nicely fried on both sides.
