ABOUT Pure Suji Golgappa RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Suji
  2. 3 tsp oil
  3. Water 3 tbsp or more
  4. Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. Take suji in a bowl, add oil and mix well. Add water in small quantity. Suji will start binding and forming a soft dough. Knead for 2 minutes. Keep aside to rest the dough for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a large wok. Take small balls of the suji dough and roll it into small puris, no dry flour or oil needed.
  3. As you put puri in oil, reduce the flame and fry both sides till crisp and light brown. Repeat process for the rest of the dough. Fry only 2 to 3 golgappas at a time.
