Fish Curry

Ingredients to make Fish Curry

  • Fresh live 'Baiker' 1/2 kg
  • vinegar 2 tbsp
  • salt as per taste
  • ginger Garlic Onion Green Chilli paste - 2 tbsp
  • turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • coriander Powder 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/4 tsp
  • bay leaf 1

How to make Fish Curry

  1. Apply salt, turmeric, vinegar over fish and marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. Add mustard oil in a pan, add bay leaf, paste of onion, ginger, garlic, chilli and fry well. Add all the spices and salt.
  3. Finally add the fish and fry for a few minutes. Add water. On completing one boil turn off the gas and serve hot.
