Homemade soft bun stuffed with chicken -vegetable..This Chicken - veg stuffed Bun is my daughter s absolute favourite item..Any time she can had it...stuffed bun is a good breakfast item or tiffin box item for any kids..

Ingredients Serving: 6
All purpose flour - 1 cup
Instant dry yeast -1 tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
FOR STUFFING:----
Shredded boiled chicken - 250 gms
Mix vegetable - 1 cup ,( potato, carrot,beans,capsicum ,greenpeas etc)
Onion - 1 , chopped
Ginger and garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp
Tomato - 1 ,chopped
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Chili powder -1/2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Salt - as required
Butter - 1 - 2 tbsp
Instructions
Take a bowl , add all purpose flour , instant yeast , sugar ,oil and salt , mix well .Now add warm water gradually and knead a soft dough
Grease your bowl with 1 tbsp oil .Then tuck the dough and place it in a greased bowl ..Cover it and keep it in a warm place for 1 hr or until double in size
MAKING STUFFINF :-----
blunch carrot and beans...Drain water and keep aside.
Heat a pan with 2 tbsp oil. Add quabed potatoes , cook potato until soft , then add chopped onion and fry till translucent..Then add ginger and garlic paste ..Stir it for a minute
Now chopped tomatoes ..Cook tomato until soft ..
Then add bunched vegetables , shredded capsicum , green peas and boiled shredded chicken and give a quick mix..
Now add all dry spices , sugar and salt to taste...Sprinkle little water and mix well everything
Cook vegetables and chicken stuffing until the raw aroma of spices gone and oil sperates....
After stuffing done , keep aside and let it cool..
MAKING STUFFED BUN :---
After 1 hr , uncover dough and knead for 5-6 minutes. If required add little dry flour to prevent sticking dough in hand..
Now grease baking pan with little oil..
Now take medium portion from , press little to flatten , then add 1 tbsp stuffing , get the all edges together and seal it. , And make a round stuffed bun..
Put the stuffed bun into the greased baking pan..
Follow the same process and make all stuffed buns...
Again cover the bun filled baking pan ,place it in a warm place for 30 - 40 minutes to prove again..
After 40 minutes brush all the buns with melted butter.
Then put the baking pan in a preheated oven and bake bun on a 180 C for 25 - 30 minutes
After baking done ..Quickly brush stuffed bun with a melted butter .. Then cover buns till cool down..
after cooling down for 15 to 20 minutes. Buns Will be ready to serve.
