ABOUT EGG BHURJI WITH MINI MULTIGRAIN ROTI RECIPE

Serve the egg bhurji with mini multigrain rotis. This is a healthy combo for kids.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Whole wheat flour ... 1/4 cup
  2. Soya flour .............. 2 tbsps
  3. Gram flour .............. 1 tbsp
  4. Ragi flour .................. 2 tbsps
  5. makai ka ata .......... 1 tbsp
  6. Eggs ....................... 4
  7. Onions ............... 1 cup (finely chopped)
  8. Green chillies .... 1 Finely chopped
  9. Tomato ............ 1 cut into small pieces
  10. Turmeric powder .. 1/4 tsp
  11. Coriander powder .. 1/2 tsp
  12. Cumin powder ...... 1/2 tsp
  13. Garam masala powder ... 1/2 tsp
  14. Salt ..................... to taste
  15. Oil ................. as nneded
  16. Coriander leaves ... for garnishing

Instructions

  1. In a pan add oil and saute the onions.
  2. Add the chopped tomatoes and green chillies.
  3. Stir fry until the tomatoes are cooked. Now add the spice powders and salt.
  4. Now add the eggs and stir until the bhurji is done. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  5. .Mix the multigrain flours and add a little salt. Knead the dough and make mini rotis. Roast them on a griddle. You may brush them with ghee if you like.
  6. Spoon some bhurji on them and serve hot.
