Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Basa fish - 6 pieces
  2. Thai ginger - 1 inch
  3. Garlic - 4 cloves
  4. Basil - 6-7 leaves
  5. Thai red chilli - 3
  6. Kafir lime leaves - 6-7 leaves
  7. Lemongrass - as required
  8. Salt
  9. Cornflour - 4 tbsp
  10. Oil

Instructions

  1. In grinder make paste of: Fish Lemongrass Thai ginger Garlic Thai red chili Basil Kafir lime leaves Cornflour Salt
  2. Make cake of the griended paste
  3. Grill on pan 3-4 minutes each side
  4. Serve immediately
