Marinated prawns cooked in charcoal Tandoor

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Hung curd - 1/4 th cup
  2. Ginger and garlic paste - 1 tsp
  3. Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
  4. Turmeric powder - 1/4 th tsp
  5. Tandoori masala - 1/2 tsp
  6. Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  7. Mustard oil [as required]
  8. Prawns - 10

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash prawns with tail on
  2. Marinate prawns with lemon juice, ginger and garlic paste and turmeric powder and keep aside
  3. Now in curd, add mustard oil, all dry spices, lemon juice, ginger and garlic paste and salt
  4. Keep marinated for 20 minutes
  5. Cook the marinated prawns in a red hot tandoor
  6. Serve hot with mint sauce
