Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. All purpose flour 1 1/2 cup
  2. Milk (at room temperature) 1 cup
  3. Sugar 1 cup
  4. Cocoa powder 3 tbsp
  5. Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Baking soda 1/4 tsp
  7. Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
  8. Refined Oil 3 tbsp
  9. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  10. Butter to grease
  11. Milkybars 5 bars
  12. Choco chips (to garnish)
  13. Sugar balls (to garnish)

Instructions

  1. Mix the milk with sugar and stir it till the sugar dissolves.
  2. Mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and soda. Pass them through a sieve and add it to the milk mix.
  3. Stir constantly ensuring no lumps are formed.
  4. Add the oil and the vanilla extract and keep stirring to make a smooth mixture. Add lemon juice and give a light stir.
  5. Grease a microwave safe bowl with butter. Pour the mixture carefully. Bake it for 5 minutes at high power (or 180 degree centigrade).
  6. In the meantime melt some milkybar in a pan or oven. Add some water to it and make a thick and smooth mix. Allow it to cool down.
  7. When the cake is ready, take it out and coat the cake with this molten milkybar properly, covering the edges too. This adds an extra flavor to the cake.
  8. Garnish with chocolate chips and sugar balls.
