Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Moong daal flour 3 tbsp.(coarse ground)
  2. Jav flour( oats) 3 tbsp
  3. Wheat flour 2 tbsp
  4. Kanki kormu ( rice and daal dry ground together) 3 tbsp
  5. Spinach chopped 2 tbsp
  6. Carrot grated 2 tbsp
  7. Sweet corn pallets (coarse paste) 2 tbsp
  8. Ginger Paste 1 Tsp
  9. Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  10. Kasoori methi crushed betwern palms 1 tsp
  11. Ajwain 1 tsp
  12. Salt 1 tsp ( to taste)
  13. chilli powder 1 tsp
  14. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  15. coriander powder 1 tbsp
  16. Curd 3 tbsp
  17. Oil for shallow fry.

Instructions

  1. Mix all flours.
  2. Add vegetables and ginger garlic paste.
  3. Add salt chili powder turmeric coriander powder ajwain.
  4. Add curd, water and make batter.
  5. Check salt and taste of other masalas.
  6. Add roasted Kasori methi crushed between palms .
  7. Heat non stick pan and spread one teaspoon oil evenly.
  8. spread one ladfle full of batter over the non stick pan.
  9. Cover it and let it cook properly from one side.
  10. Flip over and spread little oil to cook the other side.
  11. Let other side cook brown.
  12. Your Pula is ready. Serve hot to your kids with tomato ketchup and a cup of hot coffee. / Bournvita.
