ABOUT Beetroot Kebab RECIPE

Veg kebab for those who do not want to eat non veg kebabs.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Beet roots 2 boiled
  2. Tofu 200 gms
  3. Onion 1 big chopped
  4. Green chilli 2,chopped
  5. Ginger 1 inch chopped
  6. Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  7. Chilli powder 1 tsp
  8. Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  9. Salt 1 tsp
  10. Bread slice 1
  11. Cornflour 1 tbsp
  12. Oil for frying
  13. Chaat masala

Instructions

  1. Grate beetroots and tofu.Mix them.
  2. Add all other ingredients in beetroot and tofu except cornflour.
  3. Add bread pieces also.Mix well .
  4. Divide the dough into equal sized balls.Flatten them .
  5. Smear them in cornflour mixed with 4 tbsp of water.
  6. Shallow fry them in oil.
  7. Serve with green chutney.
