Ingredients to make Egg briyani

  • Eggs -6
  • Onions 2, Ginger garlic paste each 1 tbs Pudina and coriander leaves each one hand full
  • Whole gram masala Shahi jeera- 1tbs,
  • Spices: Jeera powder ,coriander powder, red Chilli powder, gram masala powder, each one tbs r according to ur taste.. I add here 1 tbs. Plus one cup thick curd and slit green Chili's
  • Salt to taste, oil for sauting say abt 2 to 3 spoon ,ghee 2 tbs
  • basmati rice 3 cups

How to make Egg briyani

  1. Method of preparation: Soak basmati rice for 1 hr. In the ratio of 1 cup of rice water 1.5 cup. For 3 cup of rice 4.5 cup of water.
  2. Place a non stick kadai. . Add oil if u want u can add ghee r butter .. put all the whole gram Masala in it.. add shahi jeera.
  3. One it cracked add slit onions saut e until translucent. . Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
  4. Add slit green chilles pudina and coriander leaves and saute well.. keep it for 5 mins.
  5. In a mean while take a bowl in that pour 1 cup of curd plus all those spices in it ( all those powder) and mix it well. And pour in on the kadai mix until raw smells of powder gone.
  6. Now take them rice alone from the soaked water and put in the kadai and mix well. Add water and salt if required some oil. Chk the seasoning and close the lid. Keep flame on high for 5 to 7 mins.
  7. Then keep it simmer for 10 mins. Mean while boiled ur eggs before u start preparing ur Briyani. And cut into half.
  8. Place one small pan.. pour some oil keep ur eggs one by one.. make sure eggs won't break.. add little salt and pepper on top of the eggs and pan fry it. . Until crispy..
  9. Now add those eggs to Briyani and mix wel .. garnish with pudina and coriander leaves. . And serve with any kind of raita and now ur hot yummy egg Briyani ready to eat....
