Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rice 1/2 cup
  2. Arhar daal 1/2 cup
  3. Ghee 1 tbsp
  4. Ginger 1
  5. Garlic 6-8
  6. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Red chilli dry 3-4
  9. Asafoetida a pinch
  10. Musturd seeds 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. IT SHOULD BE WASHED NICELY 2-3 TIMES
  2. HEAT COOKER ADD GHEE TO IT
  3. CRACKLE MUSTURD SEEDS.ADD DRY RED CHILLI ASAFOETIDA THEN DAAL AND RICE IN IT AND MIX NICELY
  4. ADD TURMERIC POWDER SALT IN IT
  5. GRATE GINGER GARLIC TO MAKE A PASTE
  6. IT IS GRINDED TO PASTE
  7. TRASFER IT TO COOKER AND MIX NICELY
  8. MIX NICELY ADD WATER AS DESIRED.IN 1 CUP KHICHADI I HAVE ADDED 4 CUPS OF WATER
  9. TAKE 2 PRESSURES IN A COOKER
