Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 100 gm Jaggery
  2. 100 ml water
  3. 50 gm (3 tbsp) Tamarind Pulp
  4. 1 Cinnamon stick
  5. 1 bay leaf
  6. Black pepper powder
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1 tsp Ginger, chopped
  9. 150 gm Sweet Corn Kernels
  10. 50 gm (3 tbsp) Dr. Oetker FunFoods Garlic Mayonnaise
  11. 75 gm (5 tbsp) Processed Cheese, grated
  12. 3-4 Fresh Mint Leaves

Instructions

  1. Heat a sauce pan (low flame), add the jaggery, water, tamarind pulp, cinnamon stick, bay leaf, black pepper, salt, ginger & sweet corn. Place a lid on the sauce pan and let it cook for 30 minutes.
  2. Add garlic mayonnaise, processed cheese and mint leaves to the above mixture.
  3. Cook the above mixture for 2-3 minutes or till it gets thick.
  4. Serve it hot.
