Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Wheat flour 2 cups
  2. 1 egg
  3. 5 choco stuff idly pieces
  4. 1/2 cup onions
  5. Tomato [chopped] - 1
  6. capsicum [chopped] - 1/2 tbsp
  7. sweet corn - 2 tbsp
  8. COOKED RICE - 4 tbsp
  9. 1/2 TSP SALT
  10. 1/2 TSP PEPPER
  11. refined oil
  12. To make the dough :
  13. 2 CUPS OF WHEAT FLOUR
  14. 1/2 TSP SALT

Instructions

  1. 2 CUPS OF WHEAT FLOUR,1/2 TSP SALT , KNEAD A SOFT DOUGH WITH REQUIRED AMOUNT OF WATER.
  2. APPLY SOME OIL ON THE DOUGH AND LEAVE IT ASIDE TO REST.
  3. NOW PEEL THE MANGO, BLEND THE PULP ALONG WITH SUGAR AND MILK USING A BLENDER.
  4. TRANSFER THE MIXTURE INTO A BOWL AND LET IT GET CHILLED.
  5. INGREDIENTS FOR THE IDLY MIX : 1/2 CUP CHOPPED ONION, TOMATO, CAPSICUM, IDLY ,COOKED RICE,1/2 TSP SALT,1/2 TSP PEPPER
  6. HEAT A PAN WITH SOME OIL, ADD THE VEGGIES AND COOK UNTIL THEY ARE SOFT.
  7. THEN ADD THE IDLY PIECES AND THE COOKED RICE.
  8. ADD REQUIRED AMOUNT OF SALT AND PEPPER. SAUTE AND KEEP ASIDE TO COOL A BIT.
  9. NOW ROLL OUT A THICK ROTI OUT OF THE DOUGH KNEADED EARLIER.
  10. HEAT A PAN AND ROAST THE ROTI ON BOTH SIDES.
  11. BREAK EGG ADD SWEET CORN,ONION, TOMATO,
  12. ADD SALT MIX WELL
  13. ONCE THE ROTI IS COOKED, SLIT IT SIDE WAYS USING A KNIFE TO MAKE A POCKET.
  14. POUR EGG BATTER INTO THE ROTI.
  15. NOW HOLD THE ROTI POCKET FOR A MINUTE SO THAT THE EGG BATTER CAN SET A BIT AND DOESN'T COME OUT ONCE FRIED.
  16. ADD REQUIRED AMOUNT OF OIL ON THE SIDES AND FRY THE STUFFED ROTI.
  17. KEEP SERVING PLATE ON IT ,PUT IDLY FRIED RICE
  18. POUR MANGO JUICE IN A BOWL, CUT THE OMELETTE ROTI INTO HALVES.
  19. READY TO SERVE ,FULL INNOVATIVE LUNCH PLATE
