Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Mashed potatoes 1 cup
  2. Garlic Cloves 5
  3. Chopped big onions 1 cup
  4. tamoto 1
  5. Chopped Green chillies 2 tbs
  6. Chopped Ginger 1/2 tbs
  7. Salt
  8. curry leaves
  9. Coriander powder 1 tbs
  10. Turmeric powder 1 pinch
  11. Sambar powder 1 tbs
  12. Asfosida I pinch
  13. oil
  14. Mustard seeds 1/2 tbs
  15. Jeera 1 tbs

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil add mustard seeds Jeera curry leaves green chillies chopped Ginger garlic and onions one by one saute
  2. Add chopped tomatoes
  3. Add Asfosida turmeric powder chilly powder coriander powder fry it
  4. Pure little water and add salt
  5. Finally add mashed potatoes mix it up
  6. Close the lid sim it for 5 mins
  7. Now traditional Potato poriyal is ready
