  • 6 inche long peice dhudhi
  • 3 med sized tomato
  • 1 Cup water
  • 1 maggie super seasoning veg cube

How to make Dhudhi tomato soup

  1. Peel and chop the dhudhi in big peices
  2. Roughly chop the tomatoes as well
  3. Now take a cooker add the dhudhi,tomato, and water and keep the cooker on slow Flame for 3 whistles
  4. Onces the cooker cools grind the soup and sieve it from a soup strainer
  5. Now heat the soup a little and add the maggie seasoning cube and little salt to taste
  6. Enjoy a healthy soup

You can add grated cheese in the soup for kids
