Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Jamun - 15 to 20
  2. Curd - 2 cups
  3. Water - sufficient for 4 glasses
  4. Chia seeds - 3 tbsps
  5. Water - 2 cups
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Sugar - 12 to 15 spoons
  8. Roasted jeera powder - 2 tsps and little more
  9. Mint leaves to garnish

Instructions

  1. Soak the chia in 2 cups of water
  2. Deseed the jamun and grind to a pulp.
  3. Add the curd, sugar, 2 tsps of roasted jeera powder and further blend
  4. Add water blitz further or pour in a container and add remaining water and whisk.
  5. Now Take serving glasses add ice cubes, 3 to 4 spoons of soaked chia.
  6. Now pour the lassi. Garnish with some jeera powder and mint leaves.
