Instructions

  1. 6CHOPPEDPARWAL 1CHOPPEDPOTATO 1TSPCRUSHEDGARLIC 1VERTICALLYCHOPPEDONION REGULAR SPICES AS PER TASTE
  2. HEAT 1TABLESPOON OF OIL AND ADD 1/2 TEASPOON EACH OF MUSTARD SEEDS AND JEERA
  3. ADD ONION, CRUSHED GARLIC,1/2TSPTURMERICPOWDER 1TSPREDCHILLI POWDER 1TSP CORIANDERPOWDER
  4. SAUTE' FOR A WHILE
  5. ADD CHOPPED PARWAL AND POTATO AND SALT TO TASTE
  6. MIX WELL AND COOK COVERED FOR NEXT 5 TO 10 MINUTES ON LOW HEAT
  7. AALU PARWAL DRY SABJI IS READY
  8. SPRINKLE SOME CHOPPED CORIANDER AND SERVE IMMEDIATELY AALU PARWAL DRY SABJI WITH SOFT PHULKAS
