strawberry 4 cups
orange juice half cup
water half cup
sugar half cup

Instructions

wash all the strawberries and cut into two pieces
take a pan pour water sugar and orange juice
let it boil
after its first boil add strawberries and let it boil for approx 25 to 30 minutes or until it gets thick.
now check strawberries they will be soft but don't let all the juice dry.
strawberries should be juicy
after cooling compote store it in air tight container in fridge for 15 days or in deep fridge for 5th 6 months.
