Veg Noodle Tikka

Ingredients to make Veg Noodle Tikka

  • Wheat noodles or regular
  • Potatoes 2 boiled
  • 1/2 Red bell pepper chopped
  • 1/2 Yellow bell pepper chopped
  • 1 medium Onion finely sliced
  • 1 small tomato chopped
  • 1 Carrot grated
  • Black pepper as per taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Chilly as per taste
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander for garnish

How to make Veg Noodle Tikka

  1. Take a big bowl add boiled noodles, boiled mashed potatoes and one by one add all of chopped bell peppers, sliced onions, tomatoes, grated carrots, coriander chopped and spices (turmeric, chilly, black pepper crushed and salt to taste)
  2. Finally add 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice. Mix well and prepare small flatten balls.
  3. Heat a pan add oil or ghee and place balls( shallow fry).
  4. Your noodle tikka is ready to serve.

My Tip:

Boil noodles little more than regular.
