Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Vermicelli...100gm
  2. Full fat milk...1ltr
  3. Vinegar...2tspn
  4. Milkmaid...200gm
  5. Vanilla essence....teaspn
  6. Chopped cashew nuts....3tspn
  7. Cherry for decoration

Instructions

  1. Boil milk first.Then switch off the flame , after 5 minutes add vinegar to make paneer.
  2. Wash the paneer under cold water to remove vinegar taste.
  3. Heat 1 tspn ghee & fry the vermicelli in it for few minutes.
  4. Add 50gm milkmaid & make a sticky mixture of it.
  5. Take a box now, grease it with ghee & put the vermicelli mixture in it.
  6. Heat 1tspn ghee again, add crumbled paneer & milkmaid.Stir it constantly.
  7. Make it cool & blend it or mash it well.
  8. Put sandesh mixture over the vermicelli layer & keep it in fridge for an hour.
  9. After that take out from fridge & cut it into pieces.
