Egg Cakes

Ingredients to make Egg Cakes

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 chopped capsicum
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 50 gm paneer
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 top black pepper
  • oregano 1/2 tsp

How to make Egg Cakes

  1. Mix chopped capsicum, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, mashed paneer in a bowl.
  2. Add salt, black pepper, oregano.
  3. In another bowl mix the eggs and add salt and pepper.
  4. Take a silicon mould fill half with above mixture and add beaten eggs.
  5. Bake it in preheated oven at 170 C for 9-10 minutes.
