Masoor dal half cup
Tur dal half cup
Split green moong dal half cup
Rajma one fourth cup
Black pepper 3or4

Turmeric 2 tsp

Ghee 4 tbs
Oil 2tbs
Jeera 2 tbs
Tej parts 1
Green chilli 1 big
Garlic 3 to 4
Onion 1 big
Tomatoes 2 small
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Dhanya Jeera powder 1 tsp
Dal makhani Masala 1 tsp
Lemon
Boiled rice 2 cup
Biryani masala 1tbs
Black pepper 384
Instructions
TAKE 1/2 CUP MASOOR DAL, 1/2 CUP TOLD DAL, 1/4 CUP SMALL RAKHNA, AND 1/2 CUP SPLIT GREEN MOONG DAL.
WASH ALL DAL TOGETHER WITH WATER 3 TO 4 TIMES.
TAKE WHOLE BLACK PEPPER, CLOVE, TEJ PARTS AND GINGER.
ADD THE WHOLE SPICES AND GINGER IN THE WASHED DAL.
ADD TURMERIC AND SALT.
ADD GHEE.
COVER IT AND PRESSURE COOK DAL IN COOKER.
COOK FOR 3 TO 4 WHITTLE.
CHOP ONION GREEN CHILLI GINGER AND GARLIC IN CHOPPER
TAKE OIL AND GHEE ADD CUMIN SEEDS TO MAKE TADKA
ADD ASAFOETIDA AND CHOP ONION GARLIC CHILLI AND GINGER PASTE.
ADD CHOPPED TOMATOES.
ADD TURMERIC, RED CHILLI POWDER, DAL MAKHANI MASALA POWDER AND DHANYA JEERA POWDER.
WHEN ALL MASALA COOKS WELL AS A GLASS OF WATER
ADD COOKED DAL
ADD SALT AS PER TASTE AND COOK DAL FOR 10 MINUTES ON LOW FLAME
HEAT A SMALL PIECE OF COAL ON THE FLAME
PUT A STEEL BOWL IN THE CENTRE OF THE DAL. PUT THE BURNING COAL IN THE BOWL ADD GHEE. COVER THE PAN.
REMOVE THE LID AFTER 2 MINUTES AND REMOVE THE STEEL BOWL FROM THE DAL.
ADD LEMON IN THE DHUNGAR DAL.
DHABA STYLE DHUNGAR DAL IS READY TO SERVE WITH SPICY BROWN RICE OR WITH ROTI IN LUNCH.
FOR SPICY BROWN RICE-BOILED RICE, OIL, GHEE JEERA, SALT AND BIRYANI MASALA.
MAKE TADKA WITH GHEE OIL AND JEERA
ADD BIRYANI MASALA BOILED RICE AND SALT
GIVE A GOOD STIR WITH SOFT HAND. SPICY BROWN RICE IS READY TO SERVE WITH DUNGAR DAL
DUNGAR DAL IS READY TO SERVE WITH SPICY BROWN RICE AND ROTI FOR LUNCH
