Pointed gourd - 7 - 8 no ( peeled and deseeded )
Potato - 2 no ( boiled )
Oil - 6 tablespoons
All purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon
Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 tablespoons
Cumin powder - 1 tablespoons
Sugar - 1 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Onion - 1 chopped
Garlic and green chilli crushed - 1 tablespoons
Instructions
PEEL THE POINTED GOURD AND MIX WITH PINCH OF SALT , TURMERIC POWDER AND SUGAR
HEAT 3 TABLESPOONS OIL IN A PAN
FRY THE POINTED GOURD IN LOW MEDIUM HEAT
FRY IT BOTH SIDE AND KEEP ASIDE
TAKE 2 LARGE BOILED POTATO AND MASHED
HEAT 1 TABLESPOONS OIL IN SAME PAN AND FRY 1 CHOPPED LARGE ONION
WHEN ONION TURNED GOLDEN BROWN ADD 1 TABLESPOONS GARLIC AND CHILLI MASHED
NOW ADD THE 1 TEASPOON CUMIN POWDER , 1 TEASPOON CORIANDER POWDER AND 1/2 TEASPOON TURMERIC POWDER
NOW ADD THE 1/2 TEASPOON RED CHILLI POWDER , 1 TEASPOON SUGAR AND SALT TO TASTE
MIX WELL
ADD THE SMASHED POTATO
NOW STUFF THE POTATO MIXTURE IN PARWAL VERY CAREFULLY
IN SAME DISH ADD 2 TABLESPOONS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR AND 6 TABLESPOONS WATER
HEAT OIL IN A PAN
NOW COAT THE BATTER INTO THE POINTED GOURD
FRY IT
FRY IT IN BOTH SIDES LIGHT GOLDEN BROWN
IN A BOWL ADD 2 TABLESPOONS CURD , 1/2 TEASPOON CUMIN POWDER , 1/2 TEASPOON CORIANDER POWDER , 1/2 TEASPOON RED CHILLI POWDER
1/2 TEASPOON TURMERIC POWDER , SALT ,1 TEASPOON SUGAR AND 1 TEASPOON GARAM MASALA POWDER
1 LARGE TOMATO GRATED AND MIX WELL
MIX WELL
HEAT 1 TABLESPOONS OIL ADD 1 TEASPOON WHOLE GARAM MASALA
NOW ADD THE CURD MASALA MIXTURE
FRY IT FOR 5 MINUTES THEN ADD 1/2 CUP OF WATER
NOW ADD THE STUFF POTOL AND COOK FOR 5 MINUTES . READY TO SERVE
