ABOUT Mix Veggie Fry RECIPE

It is super easy to cook and very healthy less oil .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups of chopped veggies ( I used potato , french been , Carrots , peas and beetroot )
  2. Oil - 1 tablespoons
  3. Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  7. Panchforon - 1 teaspoon
  8. Whole red chilli - 2 / 3 no

Instructions

  1. HEAT 1 TABLESPOONS OIL IN A PAN ADD 1 TEASPOON PANCH PHODON AND 2 RED CHILLI
  2. ADD 2 CUP OF CHOPPED VEGGIES AND FRY WELL
  3. ADD 1 TEASPOON CUMIN POWDER , 1 TEASPOON SUGAR , 1/2 TEASPOON TURMERIC POWDER AND SALT TO TASTE
  4. FRY IT 10 MINUTES IN LOW MEDIUM HEAT AND SERVE HOT WITH CHAPATIES
