Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. For Khamiri Roti
  2. 1 cup maida
  3. half teaspoon sugar
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 2 tbsp Milk
  6. Water as required
  7. one teaspoon oil
  8. one teaspoon instant yeast
  9. 1 tablespoon melon seeds
  10. one teaspoon Kalonji seeds
  11. one teaspoon sesame seeds
  12. 3 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  13. For Paneer Tikka masala
  14. 200 grams paneer cubed
  15. For Marination
  16. half cup yoghurt
  17. One teaspoon red chilli powder
  18. 1/4 teaspoon kasuri methi
  19. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  20. 2 tbsp Oil
  21. one teaspoon Garam Masala
  22. 1 tbsp Lime juice
  23. Salt to taste
  24. 1/2 capsicum cubed
  25. 1 tomato cubed
  26. 1 onion cubed
  27. For gravy
  28. 3-4 tbsp oil
  29. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  30. 2 onions finely chopped
  31. two green chillies slit
  32. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  33. 2 tomatoes chopped
  34. 4 tbsp chopped cashews
  35. 1/2 cup water
  36. Half cup Cream
  37. 1 tsp garam masala
  38. 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  39. 1 tbsp coriander powder
  40. One teaspoon red chilli powder
  41. 1 inch Ginger julienne
  42. 1/4 tsp crushed kasuri methi
  43. one teaspoon lime juice
  44. 3 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. IN A BOWL, WHISK WELL ALL INGREDIENTS MENTIONED UNDER MARINATION SECTION
  2. ADD CUBED ONIONS, CAPSICUM, TOMATOES AND PANEER. MARINATE AND KEEP IT ASIDE FOR 1 HOUR
  3. GRIND CASHEWS AND TOMATOES TO FORM A PUREE
  4. INSERT PANEER AND VEGGIES ON SKEWERS AND GRILL IN GREASED GRILL PAN. COOK 2 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE
  5. PLACE COOKED PANEER AND VEGGIES ASIDE
  6. HEAT OIL IN A PAN ADD SPLUTTER CUMIN SEEDS
  7. ADD ONIONS AND SAUTE UNTIL BROWNED
  8. ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND SAUTE UNTIL RAW AROMA GOES AWAY
  9. ADD GINGER, GREEN CHILLIES, SPICE POWDERS, SALT AND 1/2 TSP GARAM MASALA. MIX WELL
  10. ADD GROUND PUREE AND SAUTE UNTIL OIL STARTS LEAVING SIDES
  11. ADD WATER AND CREAM, MIX WELL. SIMMER AND COOK FOR A MINUTE
  12. ADD PANEER AND VEGGIES. MIX WELL
  13. ADD 1/2 TSP GARAM MASALA, KASURI METHI, LIME JUICE. MIX WELL. GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES
  14. IN A BOWL, ADD FLOUR, MAKE 3 WELLS, ADD YEAST, SUGAR AND SALT. MIX WELL
  15. ADD OIL, MILK AND WATER. KNEAD SOFT DOUGH FOR 10 MINUTES
  16. COVER AND KEEP IT ASIDE FOR 2 HOURS
  17. DEFLATE DOUGH AND KNEAD FOR 5 MINUTES. DIVIDE DOUGH IN EQUAL PORTIONS
  18. ROLL A BALL INTO PURI, SPRINKLE SESAME, MELON SEEDS, KALONJI AND CORIANDER LEAVES ON IT
  19. FLIP AND ROLL INTO ROTI. BRUSH WITH WATER ON ALL SIDES
  20. PLACE ROTI ON TAWA AND PRESS GENTLY TO TAWA
  21. FLIP AND COOK UNTIL BROWNED
  22. SERVE HOT
