Stuffed omelette curry, stuffing is chicken keema with other ingredients.

Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. 4 nos egg
  2. 100 gm chicken keema
  3. 2 tsp Chopped ginger garlic
  4. 1 tbsp chopped onion
  5. 1 tsp chopped chillies
  6. 1 tsp crushed pepper
  7. salt as per taste
  8. 1/2 tbsp oil
  9. For gravy
  10. 1 tbsp oil
  11. 2 tbsp onion paste
  12. 2 tbsp Tomato puree
  13. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  14. 1 tsp Coriander powder
  15. 1 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
  16. 1 cumin powder
  17. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  18. 1 tbsp beaten curd
  19. 1 tsp garam masala powder

Instructions

  1. Mix chopped ingredients, salt with chicken keema and mix well.
  2. Beat the eggs with salt. Heat small Kadhai , brush oil and pour 2 tbsp of beaten egg.. place 2 tbsp of chicken keema mix . Cook one minute and cover the keema stuffing by omelette's other side.
  3. Cook the both sides . Make all the omelettes like this way.
  4. Keep aside the chicken stuffed omelettes.
  5. Heat oil in another Kadhai and fry the onion paste.
  6. Add ginger garlic paste, cook for 1 minute and add other ingredients too. Cook till oil separated from the side. Add Water , salt and little bit of sugar.
  7. Add omelettes in boiling gravy , Cook for 3- 4 minutes. Omelette becomes little big in size. Add gram masala powder and chopped coriander.
  8. Curry.is ready to serve.
