Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For Qimami sevaiyan, 1 cup vermicelli
  2. 2 cup sugar
  3. 3/4 cup khoya
  4. 3/4 cup roasted and nicely chopped dry fruites
  5. 1/4 tsp green cardamom powder
  6. 1 tsp strawberry essence
  7. 1/4 cup strawberry marmlade
  8. 2 tbsp desi ghee
  9. For Roll, 60 gram butter
  10. 750 gram yogurt
  11. 1 and 1/2 tbsp milk powder
  12. 2 tsp sugar
  13. 1 tsp green cardamom powder
  14. 150 gram all purpose flour
  15. 1 tsp baking powder
  16. Few drops of vanilla essence
  17. 1 tsp butter
  18. 2 tbsp powdered pistachio and sugar mix together
  19. 1 tbsp whisked curd
  20. 1 tsp powder sugar for greasing over this

Instructions

  1. First melt desi ghee in a pan, when melt add sevaiyan in it and roast it,when completly roast keep out from pan and set aside
  2. In same pan add sugar and 3/4 cup water to make chashni
  3. When one taar chashni done,add roasted dry fruits and roasted sewaiyan and mix nicely
  4. After a minute add khoya in this and cover it to cook in very low flame
  5. When sewaiyan nicely cook finally add cardamom powder and strawberry essence in this and mix well and keep aside to cool
  6. When sevaiyan cool add strawberry marmlade in this and mix well
  7. For Making rolls,take curd, butter and sugar in a bowl and mix well
  8. Now sieve maida,baking powder,milk and green cardamom powder and few drops of vanilla essence in this mix well and make a smooth singh of this and cover it and keep this in fridge for 20 to 25 minutes for set
  9. After 25 minutes keep out from fridge and knead again and devide in four equal part
  10. Now take one part roll it and make flat chapati of this
  11. Now make rectangular shape of this chapati and cut extra part from this
  12. If the chapati are thick in sides than press the sides of this
  13. Now place sevaiyan mixture at the side of rectangular chapati
  14. And carefully make the roll of this
  15. Make all rolls of remaining dough
  16. Now melt butter in a bowl, when cool add 1 whisked curd and sugar in it and mix well Now grease this mixture over the roll
  17. Bake the rolls in preheated for 25 to 30 minutes at 170* to 180* C
  18. When done keep out out it grease the strawberry marmalade and sprinkle powdered pistachio and sugar over it.
  19. Now cut in pieces and serve it
